Deburring machine

These machines are suitable to complete the finishing process (roughing, grinding, polishing, polishing), represent an alternative to traditional vibratory machines offering operating speeds and high production yields.
The machine consists mostly of a basin covered with polyurethane (anti-wear and anti-aging) consists of a stator and a rotor that spins at high speed and the distance between stator and rotor and 'easily adjustable thanks to a simple system that allows the use to consume small size and easy cleaning of the machine.
They are constructed, depending on their size, stainless steel or painted steel and can be equipped with motorized tilting, the versions differ, the same size, type in the dry and wet.
The dry machines are equipped with a special blower for blowing air between stator and rotor in order to keep clean the rotor and at the same time to maintain low and constant internal temperature of the tank.
The machines are equipped with wet dosing pump water and additives and their pickup full of links.
