Dust control fog cannon

The IAG ESM1000 dust binding machine can be used wherever large-scale dust emissions occur. The ESM 1000 can be used a wide variety of situations, for instance at construction sites in the demolition of buildings, in tunnel construction or in surface mining and quarrying (open pit mining, quarries, gravel pits and stone-crushing works).

The atomizing nozzles are tailored in line with specific requirements, depending on the type and size of the dust particles, in order to bind the various types of dust most effectively.

The powerful blower in combination with the special nozzle pattern enables a water output of 340l/min water (standard 180 l/min) to be sprayed at a distance of about 90 metres.
