Zcore is among GE's Depth Filter cartridges that are ideal for superior dirt holding capacity compared to other variety of cartridges. GE's revolutionary one-step manufacturing process continuously extrudes and thermally bonds pure polypropylene microfibers into a complex, high capacity filter matrix. Its filter is 90% efficient for elevated temperature fluids, process chemical streams or high viscosity fluids. It is capable of processing feed streams with high viscosity of >150 cps. High viscosity fluids such as solutions of aluminum and copper slurry dispersed in propylene glycol or methyl ethyl ketone can also be processed using this innovative and functional filter cartridge.
