Low Capacitance Diode Array from the SP3004 Series is dedicated to provide ultimate protection to electronic equipment, with its ultra-low capacitance rail-to-rail diodes. Has additional zener diode manufactured in a proprietary silicon avalanche technology designed to protect each I/O pin. These pins are robust, they can easily handle multiple destructive electrostatic discharges (ESD) of a maximum of level. The specifications are described in IEC 61000-4-2 international standard, with no performance degradation. The arrays are noted for protecting high speed signal pins such as USB2.0, HDMI, DVI, and IEEE 1394, thanks to its ery low loading capacitance. The array is thus specifically noted for its low capacitance of 1.1pF (TYP) per I/O, ESD protection of ±12kV contact discharge, ±15kV air discharge, as specified in IEC61000-4-2, EFT protection according to IEC61000-4-4, 40A. There is low leakage current, 0.5μA. Compact sizing and lightning protection are other features. Use in a variety of applications.
