The SP3010 combine 4 channels of very-low capacitance rail-to-rail diodes and an extra zener diode to give security for electronic device that may encounter hostile electrostatic discharges (ESD). The extremely low loading capacitance also makes it best for protecting high speed signal pins like, HDMI, USB3.0, USB2.0 and IEEE 1394.

This durable device can safely absorb repetitive ESD strikes at the maximum level specified in the IEC61000-4 2 international standard without performance breakdown. It is utilized in mobile phones, desktops, digital camera, DVD players, Set Top Boxes, MP3/PMP and LCD/PDP TVs.
