Controller for metering pumps

The Neptune Electric Stroke Control gives early warning to malfunctions or process upsets, allowing for quick corrective actions. It has two Alarm function relay monitors: First is the movement to max/min preset limits. The last is the movement to adjustable upper/lower limits. The input signal is optically isolated from the line voltage. It eliminates inexact positioning which could be caused by extraneous electrical interference. The adjustable travel time is 15 seconds minimum. This product provides a reversible switch that will allow direct or indirect response to signal. It is applicable for water/waste water, power and process industry applications, anywhere that pump flow must be automatically proportioned or varied. In addition, The remote control unit is optional and this will allow manual override and monitoring from remote location.
