Smart, four-valve solution for increasing pressure

The new product range also includes four-valve high-pressure pumps employed to increase the pressure. Four-valve equipment ensures that energy fed by the supply pump into the pipe network is used evenly on both the upward and downward stroke. This reduces pulsation, enabling operation with low charge pressure. In addition to cutting energy consumption, the uniform piston speed increases the service life of the piston rod and cylinder seals. In conjunction with an Eisenmann pressure regulator, the four-valve high-pressure pump can replace costly, high-maintenance piston dosing units in many applications. This significantly reduces the capital investment required.
