The high-precision ZPDA dosing pumps were specifically developed for applications with the highest requirements on accuracy and meet the highest technical standards in pump design. In order to achieve this high precision and optimum efficiency, the internal sealing of the pressure chambers is adjusted by means of clearances appropriate to the circumference and height of the gears depending on the medium to be transferred, the pressure, and the viscosity.

Depending on the requirement, the special hard coatings on the parts permit a wide range of unconventional applications and ensure a long service life. Additionally, flow meters, connection blocks and pressure sensors can be mounted directly on the pump.
