The Rapide R6 belongs to the Verderflex® Rapide family of simple to operate industrial tube pumps that are perfect for heavy duty applications, where viscous mediums are being pumped.

These industrial peristaltic tube pumps have a compact footprint, deliver high output, are available as dual head pump and offer multi-directional orientations of the pump head. These key features make the Rapide easy to integrate into your working process.

The Rapide tube pumps are robust, reliable and are suitable for 24/7 applications, these attributes of the pump give them low cost of ownership and maintenance.

The pumps tubing has an internal diameter of 12.7mm, with a choice of 4 different tube materials. The Verderflex Verderprene Tubing is FDA (Food Grade) Approved, meets 3-A and NSF Criteria.

The pump is powered by a 0.18Kw motor, with optional variable frequency drive for easy flow control.

With flow rate of up to 380 l/hr and working pressures of 2 bar, the Verderflex Rapide R6 can be used in a diverse range of applications including:

- Ink re-circulations for printing applications
- Filling UV ink bottles
- Pumping flocculent, Sodium Bisulphite and Hypochlorite to treat process plant waste water.
