Chamfering tool for machine tool

The double bladed GH-S tool is able to facilitate front and back chamfering of the discontinuous bore edges. This is done without turning the work piece or stopping the spindle. The GH-S will deburr the bore edges and gives them a chamfer that is of a high-precision angle. It also gives them a high-grade chamfer surface finish. The cutting force can be adjusted and this helps in achieving secondary burr-free machining of bore edges. The chamfering thickness can be adjusted on the tool from 0.1 to 2mm, depending on the bore dimension. The GH-S has exchangeable carbide blades with a material-specific coating. Neither the bore nor the thread surface can be damaged during the tool penetration.
