Monobloc drill bit / conical / HSS

Precision Conical One Lip Bits HSS DM 05 integrated with laser-etched scale from ALFRA. These are ideally used for sheet metal working. Applications include electronic industries, engineering, HVAC systems and panel building. The one lip bits can be used on different kinds of materials like non-ferrous metals, stainless steels, common sheet steels and thermo- and duroplastic plastics as long as the material thickness is maximum 4mm. This tool helps you to center spot drill and bore up in a single work step. The tool can be reground if they are treated carefully. Operators can use ALFRA Cutting Oil or Coolant Stick to increase the tool life. HSS DM 05 comes in different sizes and as sets.
