FICEP Excalibur is the new innovation in automatic CNC beam line with advanced features and high performance to execute drilling of shaped and flat profiles of varying dimensions. Excalibur is a modern one-spindle gantry drilling machine that has revolutionized beam drilling with its modular structure and powerful features, and is an ideal solution for the steel construction industry that uses the cantilever system.

The Excalibur features wheels mounted on bearings to slide the main drilling unit over the loading table. New pinion and rack driving cinematics ensure a noiseless and precise positioning operation. Excalibur is equipped with an electromagnetic sensor that inspects the workpiece and triggers the process.
