Jacket drum heater

Heating sleeves are used for heating segments 200 litre barrels. The barrel heating sleeve's internal and external diameters are made of aluminum, which offers proper protection of electrical components against any damage. A hinge with clamping closure actually divides the surface into two semi-shells that offer convenient assembly, without any need to bend the heating element. By using 3 sleeves, the barrel can be heated completely. It offers integrated thermal insulation that reduces temperature and increases efficiency. the surface temperature can be set from 30 to 110°C, in the attached aluminum housing. To offer protection from overheating, a 120 thermal switch and 140°C thermal fuse is incorporated besides a temperature controller.
