Dispersion dryer

Thermal drying (water vaporisation) in the Rapid Dryer provides for diverse applications across various different materials. Feed materials mostly comprise moist filter cake (25-30% moisture content) or paste products, and must be processed to a dry product with required residual moisture content for further process steps. Hot gases and the feed material flow through the dryer in the same direction. Feed material is mechanically agitated with the aid of throw blades, breaking up and dispersing the material throughout the chamber. The result is a thermally-mild drying within the shortest time without overheating or affecting the products through excessive gas temperatures. Wet material capacity of the HAZEMAG Group Rapid Dryer is up to 150 t/h.
