BOX TYPE POWDER COATING OVEN

Box type ovens are preferred for manual powder and wet painting applications, where the number of the products to be painted during firing and drying operation is less. Painted products which are hang on the cart by hand are loaded to the furnace manually. The efficiency is high due to that the heat loss is very low. There is not any difficulty in space due to being manufactured in various dimensions and those can meet the requirements

The furnace consists of sandwich panels filled with rock wool and glass wool as an insulation material between the inner and the outer sheets. Total insulation thickness is 150mm located between the inner 1,2mm Galvanized sheet and outer 1,2mm cold rolled steel sheet.

Adjustable type air blowing mouths on the air-duct, located at the base of the oven that helps to the air to distribute homogenously at 200°C. Temperature controller is digital type. The oven temperature is controlled by the command of the thermo-couple and a thermostat, controlling the burner when oven become set temperature.

Ajustable type digital thermostat, thermo-couple, circulation fan, burner, electrical control panel and all cabling to the control panel is included in the system.

The thermo-unit is fitted at the back side of the oven and has the capacity to increase the oven temperature up to 220°C. Heating unit includes the heat-exchanger, circulation fan, the burner, a maintenance / observation cover and electrical installation up to the control panel. Ventilators are dynamic and static balanced.
