MSE?s Rotary Tube Furnace is specifically designed for continuous dynamic drying, decomposition, sintering, calcining and other heat treatment of powders and granules.
It offers many advantages over static or batch processes because material flows freely through an inclined rotating tube where it is constantly tumbled, causing uniform heat treatment of every particle. Both the slope angle and the rotation speed may be varied to provide a wide range of material output rates.
The furnace can automatically be tilted up to 15 º. High quality fiber insulation ensures maximum energy saving.
