The Idrover 50 is a commercial spin-dryer, which is ideal for handling all types of vegetables as well as leaves, where it is important to remove the water to obtain a tastier salad, allowing considerable saving in dressings. It is fast: A complete drying cycle lasts between one and two minutes. The cycle ensures the vegetables or delicate leaves, are not spoiled, always resulting in a perfectly presented side dish. The Idrover 50 is both sturdy and safe, it is made of stainless steel and is equipped with a safety device on the lid opening, stopping the drum rotation. The Idrover 50 has been electrically approved by the American UL Safety Organization. The Idrover 50 is easy to clean, as the drum and cradle are easily removable, the corners are rounded and all material in contact with foods is approved. Due to these hygienic/technical features the Idrover 50 has obtained the NSF-approval. The spin-dryer Idrover 50, can be used in combination with the ATIR vegetable washer, representing a successful solution for the preparation of vegetables in hotels, restaurants, etc. all over the world, as well as in the US and on-board kitchens where the UL-NSF approvals are required.
