The EV series is manufactured by Saita, which is a vacuum evaporator that is ideal for use in the treatment of industrial waste solutions in order to recover the water content, and minimize the amount of waste that has to be disposed. The principle of vacuum distillation at low temperature enables the series to attain an optimal separation of the water from the pollutants contained. The principle also enables the module to recover more than 90% of distilled water.

The EV series boils the aqueous solution at temperatures ranging from +32 °C up to +38 °C.
