PTC resistance heater / compact

This series consists of PTC resistors that offer a unique combination of temperature limitation and electric heating. The resistors in this product series come with low temperatures and high conductivity, while the resistance can increase considerably. The technology used for this item allows temperature limitation that is independent of the supply voltage. At the same time, the economical use and the protection against overheating are other major advantages. The item is in accordance to the CEE, UL, CSA and VDE standards, while the maximum surface temperature is lower than the 'Curie point'.

Finally, it is possible to connect several PTC elements in parallel, which allows the reduction of the warm-up time without influencing the total power dissipated at the regulation point.
