Electromechanical cylinder

High-Thrust Linear Actuator is used when there is need for clean, precise, linear positioning. The device uses trapezoidal-thread spindles for intermittent duty applications, to achieve this. It uses ballscrew spindles for applications that have higher duty . It can offer linear speeds that go up to 590 inches per minute and strokes going up to 20 inches. The standard instrument is available with axial load capacities that go up to 36,000 lb. For higher capacity, it is possible for two actuators to even be used together.

High-Thrust Linear Actuator are ideal for applications requiring high safety. It is usable in sheet metal bending, hydraulic cylinder replacements, conveyor tensioning, and scissor-lift table drives. The device is made of a reduction gearbox and motor. The in-line units come with a two-stage planetary gearbox and the offset units have a three stage spur gearbox. The motor is used for driving a trapezoidal-thread or ballscrew spindle
