The DEL-TRON's DL series linear lead screw / ball screw actuators are a common choice for crowded workspace, are easily assembled, and are highly durable and cost-efficient. The housing is aluminum, rugged, and offers protection for the linear bearing and drive mechanism. Due to integration of all components in a single unit, the motor adapter saves assembly time and minimizes the number of power sources. These actuators feature travel lengths up to 410 mm, and utilize the recirculating guide technology, offering low profile operation combined with the compact design. The anti-backslash lead screw nut is spring-loaded, and guarantee positive movement in case of direction change. These actuators are highly accurate, less than 2 micron, with the repeatability of less than 1 micron. They are delivered with a standard stepper or servo motor adapter and couplings. They can also be ordered with the dust-containment cover, or photoelectric proximity sensors.
