The ACT165DL is a linear-servomotor-driven actuator that is suitable for implementations in electronic assembly and qualification, packaging, image scanning, assembly, dispensing, processing and inkjet printing, vision inspection, life sciences as well as pick and place machines.

The ACT165DL has several distinct characteristics including zero maintenance, velocity capability of up to 5 m/s, zero-cogging motor, cost-efficiency, multiple cable management options, transport span from 100 mm up to 1.5 m, quality performance, optimal subsequent force of up to 270.7 N, direct drive, enhanced throughput, noncontact optical linear encoder with micron-level repeatabilities in addition to an acceleration capacity of up to 5 g.
