The complete off shell mechanical package of HepcoMotion is designed
in such a way that it saves lot of designing and specifying time. The
system consists of a belt-driven linear modules along with an AC
motor/inverter package and a wide range of compact planetary gear
boxes to be used with servo motors. The additonal features include -
cantilever axis with lightweight beam, couplings and connecting shafts for
units in parallel.
The systems in a length of 8m are available as a standard. These are
longer on applications. It is equipped with hardened and precision
ground sideways, double row cap sealed bearings for long life and
reduced maintenance, polyurethane steel-reinforced belt for less stretch
and high speed capability. The tool is quiet and offers trouble free
operation due to ?V' bearing technology.
For simple attachment of clamps and switches, the beam is provided
with T-nut slots and end boxes. It has a removable carriage for secondary
machining. The AC Motor and controller enables simple positioning for
use in different applications. For compact assembly, the planetary
gearbox is coupled directly.
