Press with fixed rolling unit Rolling Press

Rolling Press with fixed diameter is on the market since 2005.

This machine works before pressing the mattress and then rolling it thanks to a special rolling group, reaching a final fixed diameter of 35-38 cm or 40-43 cm.

The hydraulic case can be 20 Tonne or 40 Tonne.

Outside the machine is completely protected with a fence with openly door equipped with an inter-blocking switch and it?s composed of a hydraulic press equipped with a motorized tape and a sealing bar and of a roller group with sealing bar.

The roller in feed before the press unit is optional.
