Ceraliquid CPS41D, a digital pH electrode with innovative Memosens technology has a ceramic diaphragm, liquid KCl electrolyte and a built-in temperature sensor. The device is perfectly capable of use in hazardous areas, its capability and efficiency ensured through ATEX, FM and CSA approval. Liquid KCl electrolyte can be successfully used at very low conductivities (? 0.1 µS/cm). Fitted with ceramic diaphragm with defined KCl flow. Maximum pressure is about 10 bar. The separate reference lead keeps it resistant to poison. Is ideal for CIP / SIP cleaning. Steam sterilization is possible for pH membrane glass. There is a built-in temperature sensor for successful temperature compensation. The four lengths available are 120, 225, 360 and 425 mm. Contactless inductive signal transmission ensures maximum process safety. It is possible to store sensitive data. The registration of sensor load data helps in predictive maintenance.
