The OCTA Noriker offers scalable highest computing power in a small housing without fan or heat sink. The computer is intended for the usage of high performance image processing applications. Via two 1.000 MBit/s Ethernet interfaces data can be exchanged with the machines control system or the IT infrastructure of the production. Computing power of up to 160 GFLOPS 320 GMACS allows complex algorithms running in real-time. From the side of applications, web inspection, sorting machines, print inspection and stereo imaging are only a few examples of what you can implement into the device please feel free to analyze your ideas with our experts. On the side of the IDE the computer is programmed using the Code Composer Studio Tools based on the Eclipse framework. OpenMP simplifies parallel code development. Using the JTAG interface every single step inside of the processor can be followed up.
