Surface acoustic wave filter

Shoulder Electronics presents BF series Surface acoustic wave (SAW) filter.

For solder heat resistance, the equipment terminals should be dipped into the solder bath for 10±1 sec. The temperature should be 260℃ ±10℃ and distance no closer than 1.5mm. The equipment should then be released into room environment. The equipment will meet specifications outlined in table 1.

For solderability, the equipment terminals should be subjected into the solder bath for 5 seconds. Temperature should be 245℃ ±5℃. The new solder should cover more than 95% of terminal. The equipment will meet the specifications outlined in table 1.

For mechanical shock, the device should be dropped 3 times randomly on the concrete floor. Height should be 1 m. The device will meet the specifications outlined in table 1. For vibration, the device should be subjected to vibration in x,y and z axes for 1 hour each. Amplitude needs to be 1.5 mm at 10 to 55 Hz. The device will be as per specifications in table 1.
