The manufacturer uses specific silicon grades at the basis of its formulation to which it adds conductive loads to obtain electromagnetic shielding properties. The usage of the load depends on the electromagnetic performance desired, as well as the environment the equipment is working in.

The conductive particles between 10 to 40microns, form between 60% and 80% of the load. The conductive formulations can be varied, in order to achieve the right formulation for each environment and application. Note that all the formulations meet the MIL G 83528 standard, in compliance with various applications in the industry.
