The Lockreal is a single use temperature data logger (temperature monitoring label) used to digitally monitor sensitive temperature controlled cargo shipments, such as pharmaceutical and food products, during long and short transportation by sea, air and land. It is designed to support GDP (Good Distribution Practice) and HACCP programs to ensure product quality and safety.

The Lockreal is pre-configured and has high memory capacity of 14,400 readings. It can monitor temperatures in the range of -30~70°C (-22~158°F) with high resolution of 0.1°C (0.18°F). It has High and Low temperature alarm levels which can be configured to scenarios such as Cold chain shipping (2~8°C/35.6~46.4°F) and Room Temperature (15~25°C/59~77°F).

The Lockreal?s design is flat, small dimensions, light weight and IP67 waterproof which make it suitable for implementation in various types of cargo packages. It is all in one device that includes the Start/Stop push button, LED lights indication and USB connector.

The operation of the Lockreal is very simple - press the Start/Stop button for 5 seconds to start operating, and to stop press again Start/Stop button for 5 seconds. Immediately after the unit is stopped it automatically generates a full report in read-only PDF format. The PDF file contains complete time and temperature history, including graph and summary data.

Once the Lockreal is plugged into the USB port of a computer the PDF file is displayed. Freeware Auto-Run Data Analysis software provides additional options for data analysis and retrieval of previous data.

Complies with EN12830, FCC and RoHs standards. Reports comply with ISO 19005-1 Doc. management and FDA 21 CFR Part 11.
