Expandable chuck / for machining

The Precision Clamping Mandrel has 0.01mm and high true running accuracy, IT11 permissible work piece tolerance, very short clamping fixture length, less than 2mm rubberized slots in the Short Element for blind bores, simple configuration, and long service life. It is used for clamping pieces with 20mm-200mm diameters facilitating clamping in the smallest centering and blind bores enabling pull back possibility and by a simple change of Clamping Element within its series it can set up different clamping diameters too.
