EThe Level Switch SD-1200 Ex, is made of stainless steel AISI 316L except float is antistatic PP. This prevents any rubbing the tube with float never create any sparks.
The transmitter can be located in Zone 0, 1 and 2 for flammable gases or vapors and is part of a continuous measurement system comprises the transmitter itself level and an insulator spacer mounted Unclassified area for ATEX compliance.
Internally the level switch can takes up to 4 reed contacts, which are not affected by neither the pressure nor the temperature being very reliable and repeatable.

APPLICATIONS:
Installation can made at any types of process requiring a level control product.
It is suitable for a wide range of solvents, alcohols, hydrocarbons in general and other products stored in potentially explosive atmospheres.
