Flow sensor with integrated digital display / with analog output

The FM-200 series from Panasonic is a digital flow sensor that has been developed for a range of applications. It features an integrated digital display and sub display with setting condition, making operation simple to keep track of. Also, the digital display has two color capabilities and lets the user check the operation status of the sensors with a single glance.

Thanks to Micro Electro Mechanical System technology and a new rectification function, the sensor is mountable on a silicon chip. This results in a precision of ±3% FS and a very small heat capacity. On each side of the heater, there is a temperature sensor that detects the distribution of heat and enables bi-directional movement.
