The 165-574-001 and 002 throttle pedals have been designed for use in industrial trucks, farm equipment, and construction. The units are constructed of corrosion-free die cast metal, plated steel hardware, and plastic bushings for years of consistent reliability. The 001 model provides only a foot throttle, while the 002 includes hardware to accommodate a manual, remote, hand-operated throttle. The unit has an incorporated torsion spring to permit idle position return. Idle pedal position and the throttle travel can be adjusted according to user specifications. The ergonomic unit has a plastic boot to reduce contamination, and the lower assembly can be inserted through a cutout in the floor. The unit will rotate 360° and down 30° from the horizontal position to maximize throttle cable routing. Various holes have been provided throughout the base to allow a range of mounting patters. Ribbed pedal surface strengthens the pedal and eliminates slippage.
