The Total Sulfur Analyzer Series 682T-HP is manufactured by AMETEK Process Instruments. The product is designed for the on-line analysis of sulfur in highly harsh hydrocarbons like crude and residual oil using XRT technology. The product is made of stainless steel, NEMA 4X that has IP-65 protection class and NEMA 7 Ex d. The minimum dimension of the controller measures 36x30x12 inch and the minimum ambient temperature is 15ºC and the maximum is 40ºC .

The product has sample stream temperatures in excess of 662? F / 350? C. The proprietary window in flowcell can endure pressures up to 800 psig/ 55 bar and the product is certified to industry standards. It has huge flowcell diameter that measures 2 inches/5 cm that eliminates interference's and the analysis range for sulfur is 0.02-6.0%.
