Rotary Burner is a kind of burner which gives chance ??to burn liquid fuel, fuel oil with high viscosity and waste oils or fuels efficiently.?? Rotary Burners have the ability to run at low fuel pressure and temperature, this means less energy consumption than other type of burner systems. Other mechanical atomizing burners with heavy fuel cause deformation and blocking in nozzle in a short time and break down due to freezing of fuel and efficient combustion does not happen and this cause stopping and malfunctions of producing. This type of fuels cause deformation on pump gear in a short time while running in the atomizing system. The mechanical atomizing burners that burn this type of heavy fuels are not able to run in modulating mode and fuel-air mixture efficiently soon after starting to run. Rotary Burners are designed for burning heavy fuels, waste oils or fuels with no problem. There is no question of pollution because of viscosity or freezing of fuel happening in Rotary Burners during the operation and downtime of the rotary burners. Modulation is always able to stay at the same rate and easily set according to calorie or viscosity of fuel. The Rotary Burners are designed in a way that many equipments are able to couple. For instance, The Rotary Burner System can be suited to costumer needs by adding ??required automation systems??.

Average proportionality in atomizing (nozzle) systems with type of fuels mentioned above is not be able to top rate of 1/4 Proportionality of Rotary Burners is higher and can be provided up to the rate of 1/8. This causes the system to consume less fuel by working more stable and more productively.
