ELF high temperature Laboratory Chamber Furnaces (HTF & RHF) are designed to operate with maximum operating temperatures of 1700°C or 1800°C. The 1700°C chamber and 800°C chamber features capacities of 3 or 10 litres and 4 or 8 litres respectively. The either sides of the chamber is located with powerful MoSi2 elements to ensure good thermal uniformity. The thick diameter MoSi2 elements are capable to withstand the routine operations with prolonged service life. The low thermal mass insulation and good element design ensures energy efficiency and rapid heating.

The manually operated vertical counter-balanced door ensures full insulation of the hot door away from operator. Postive break door safety switch safely isolates chamber from power supply during the opening of the door. The chamber's double skinned construction enables the fanned air flow to cool the outer case in compliance with EN61010 safety standard. The unit is fitted with eight segment programmer as standard.
