Gas mixer / batch / for beer packaging and dispensing

The Mixed Gas Dispense system is used in dispensing N2 and CO2 blended gas for beer, wine, soft drink and syrup. With the aid of Pressure Swing Adsorption (PSA) technology and an integral oil-free compressor, it produces a supplement of clean, dry and pure nitrogen from compressed air. When attached to a CO2 cylinder, the system can generate a mixture of CO2 and N2 in numerous pre-set ratios. The N2 mixed with CO2 through gas blenders delivers a maximum of three varying gas mixes which includes 60 % N2, 40% CO2 for smooth/cream ales, 70% N2, 30% CO2 for stouts and 100% N2 for the preservation and dispensing of wine and soft drink syrup.
