Infrared methane (CH4) sensor

the BCP-CH4 Sensor is used to examine the production of methane in bio-gas plants, also called a methane digester. It analyses the efficiency in combined heat and power (CHP) plants, even under heavy duty circumstances. It is economical, both in price and maintenance, and comes with features that allow easy installation.
The robust sensors are installed in the line. The BCP-CH4 will not need a minimum gas flow. The resistant and compact housing of the BCP-CH4 series corresponds to protection class IP 65 and has already proven its worth under heavy duty.

It also can be fitted to fermenters of every type. It allows easy measurement as it does away with the cooling of gas, line installation, pumps or valves. Any electronic process control system can read the data thanks to the standard interfaces. It is designed to handle large scale measurements.
