Linear Belt Slider

Complete ready-to-run Belt Slider assembly for testing and measuring, cameras, antennas, automatic assembly and positioning. Linear belt sliders supports loads up to 25 pounds for moving, and a maximum weight of 100 pounds before damage occurs. They give you smooth and rapid linear motion with essentially zero backlash. Belt Slider length is given as travel in inches, add the carriage length to obtain total rail length. 6 inches of travel with 4 inch carriage shown in picture.

Key features are .0015 inch resolution, 16 in/sec speed, and over 10 million inches travel life. Versatile use, fits in tight spaces, and is easy to mount due to the thinness of rail -- size is 84mm total width x 5.5 mm thick base, and 14mm maximum rail thickness. Unlike competitors sliders, these give you 100% full travel--the carriage moves end to end of the aluminum rail.
