Guide rail / with angled needle roller flat cage

SCHAEFFLER'S M/V guideways with angled flat cage feature the design of flat cages with needle rollers or cylindrical rollers and are linear locating bearing. These guideways are supplied in Q2, Q6 and Q10 grades.

Made out of an intelligent combination of metal and plastic, they are best suited for demanding conditions such as high acceleration, high temperatures and where the ends of the cage are exposed at some point in operation. Of these, plastic cages are the most economical for simple operating conditions.

These are supplied with relevant accessories, which include endpieces for the guideways and wipers to protect the raceways against contamination.
