Daesung Golden Technology presents GTB-2100LMDF-SC weld bead shaving for plates. The machine provides screw type movement in length and width direction. It allows stable operation with LM guide and strong magnetic.

GTB-2100LMDF-H is a single-touch spline controller that allows adjustment of height. It provides min. 0.1 mm step as adjustment increment.

GTB-2100LMDF-SC comprises of a Chamfo milling unit and guide. The milling unit includes a face mill cutter. It can handle height in the range of -1 to 14mm, width (fixed) of 40mm (35mm), and 90°(75°) angle. The guide is a sturdy and balanced LM guide with 4 powerful magnets. Feeding is controlled by a screw. Guide has X of 250mm, and Y of 50mm.

GTB-2100LMDF-SC is used for removing weld bead either on a wall or a floor. Applications of this machine include steel, stainless steel, non-ferrous metal, etc. Drive motor has power of 1700W or 1600W. Including grinder, it has a weight of 16.2 kgs. It includes 4 inserts.
