SIDRABE?s evaporation boats for the deposition of copper, silver and gold at high rates can be considered as major achievements in the area of thermal evaporation.

Evaporation rates of up to 10 g/min and lifetime of 20-80 hours can be achieved with these sources.

Electric arc evaporators are mainly installed in batch coaters. We have the ability to produce electric arc evaporators with both planar and tubular geometries with effective lengths of up to 1.15?m and tubular design with target length of up to 4.0 m (U-shaped) and up to 1.6 m (linear).

Our development of vapour sources for sublimation metals such as Mg and Zn with vapour utilization factor of 1.0 are one of our salient specialities.

Having gained much experience from our own designs we can apply this to modify, upgrade and retrofit existing deposition systems.
