Siemens’ FLENDER Gear Units for aerators are highly customized to provide great support for the machines, which are primarily impellers stationed at the biological section of any sewage treatment facility. The gear units have been created and manufactured with an output that has an integrated oil-maintaining tube, as well as a non-corroding, non-colliding shaft seal. In addition, the FLENDER gear units feature 16 different sizes, power levels of up to 3,600 kW, minimal noise levels, a vertical mounting position, two differing gear levels (a 2-, or 3-level), and many more.
