NoiselessPlus planetary gearheads from ZEITLAUF® antriebstechnik are the right choice whenever maximum output must be achieved but with minimum noise emission. The gearmotor reaches extreme radial loads without really losing the low noise level that it maintains. High reductions from 4.33 to 21 (in single-stage) and from 26 to 231 (in two-stage) are achieved. The 10,000-hour lifetime drives have strong low-wear plastic planet wheels that come inside an aluminium carrier having helical toothing so that the drive is a smooth one. Drive shafts mounted on double ball bearings are able to cope with high radial loads. The hardened ground steel shafts have a long life. Shafts with double surfaces, shoulders, (tapped) holes, recesses or serrations are available. Torque transmission can be achieved in a standard way using a feather key or a face connection.
