D.Electron Z32 SOLO CNC is designed for price sensitive applications: based on the same FlorenZ operating system of the full Z32 CNC, make the power and advantage of a Z32 CNC available for easy applications.

Z32 SOLO CNC can be used in place of the solution PLC+HMI, allowing to deal with "Motion Control" applications with the calculation power and the comfort of a high-end Z32 CNC.

Z32 SOLO CNC is an "all-in-one" CNC, with on-board I/O's and full capability of interpolating axes management. Can be combined with any Z32 central unit and can control from 2 to 8 interpolating axes.

The reference for axis drives is analog reference, the connection with the drive is done with a single cable including analog ref., encoder feedback and digital I/O's for drive management: a single cable means ease of wiring, reliability and optimized costs.

The easy start-up softwares and procedures and the Teleservice allow to install the Z32 SOLO CNC also with little experience.

Human-Machine-Interfaces can be personalized with the flexible D.Electron "ZVIS" software, not needing any expert software programmer.
