Air filter controller

The MAHLE MFS-05 dp filter controller ensures that only a minimum number of required cleaning cycles are maintained. This is an add on over the simple time control principle. Thus, it ensures longer cartridge life. It also provides improved cleaned gas values and smaller variations in the volume of exhaust air. It provides a cost advantage for compressed air.

It can be operated in three different modes. The interval time control mode in which cyclic cleaning takes place with a variable interval time according to dp. The switching threshold control mode in which a cleaning cycle is tripped when a settable dp threshold is reached. The time control mode which has cyclic cleaning with a fixed interval time.
