With 25 CNC machines and 350 bar test stand systems with a batch tracing system, some of which are fully automated, at our Styrian cylinder factory we have specialised in series cylinders with short strokes up to a maximum of 1,600 mm. Our production capacity at the Kleinlobming plant is set up for small pistons up to a diameter of 180 mm. With our three fully automatic robot welding systems and a new assembly line, based on ergonomic and economic considerations and installed only recently, we are in a position to solve even diffi cult problems with regard to cylinder requirements. Especially the construction plant and commercial vehicle industries have taken advantage of the options of valve fi tting and pre-piping.
Also of advantage for our major international customers are the fully automatic cantilever heavy-duty rack warehouse and our salt spray test system for piston rod fatigue testing at the Kleinlobming location
in Styria.
