Hydraulic power unit with electric motor / brake / stationary

Hilliard H4 power unit is suitable for brakes demanding pressures above 3,000 PSI. It includes on/off and ramped braking modes. The power units offer a lot of scope for customization. Customers can choose component type for several items in the system. Among others, the motor, electrical panel, RTD, and pressure transmitter can be customized. Based on need, bilingual labels can be provided. The unit includes an isolated hand pump specifically useful in power outages.

System integrity is maintained due to the supply and return side operation of high pressure filters. Before shipping, all systems are tested and functionality of all supplied equipments is verified. Hydraulic manifold and valving are included in a lockable enclosure. This prevents any harm from environmental pollution or damage by untrained personnel. The electrical panel includes an operator interface for monitoring of brake status, local control and visual alarm status.

The H4 units is ideal for grinding Mills like AG, SAG, and ball mills.
