Developed by Swiss company Trafag, the EXL 8432 is a safe hydrostatic level transmitter which is an effective and inexpensive tool in monitoring the pressure and level of fluids in potentially explosive environments. The pressure transmitter features a thick film-on-ceramic sensor technology with pressure ranges from 0200 mbar to 025 bar.

It also uses an in-house ASIC technology, which permits the compensation of temperature-related effects and the measurement accuracy of NLH±0.2% of the same kind. The structure is guaranteed by a protective class IP68 when submerged at a depth of 250 m. The material of its case, a shielded cable in PUR, FEP or PE and O-rings FKM/EPDM makes application easy in a diverse range of media. The product is available in two models: the M10x1, which has an interior threading and the M22x1, which features an exterior threading.
