The electrical system is provided with a general switch and operating indicator. Thermoregulation is obtained with a digital (LED) microprocessor regulator, with RTD Pt 00 Ohm input. The appliance is also equipped with a built-in thermostat, with independent probe in order to allow exclusion of the heating system in case of breakdown; it is possible to set the overtemperature intervention threshold through a knob placed on the control panel. Intervention will be signaled by means of a red light. Internal chamber and shelves are in AISI 0 STAINLESS STEEL; external cabinet and door are in painted steel sheet-metal. The appliance is also equipped with an adjustable fan for air circulation with external environment.
